Because each pool is unique in design and materials, every project is assigned an expert team of Project Managers. In partnership with the designer, this team consists of a field operations manager, a superintendent, and a construction coordinator. It is their job to make sure your project comes to life as a result of good communication, quality materials, and solid construction practices.
Each member views the job site, before construction begins, to understand all elements of the design and dimensions in relation to ground elevations and conditions, technical foundations, and existing surroundings. The construction team then carefully reviews all drawings, plans, and schematic layouts to create a solid line of communication among our craftsmen, construction crews, architects and contractors.
Our project managers direct the process of building and inspect every phase of construction while it is being done, not after. This is to ensure the highest quality construction and attention to detail. Our team is always available to assist you no matter where you are in your project: from the initial meeting, design, through out construction, and well after completion. Our goal is to create a stress free experience and to far exceed our client’s expectations.
